Pigment News + Exclusive NYC Marathon Gear + More

October 29, 2014 / 11 Comments

FYI: lulu HQ confirmed today that the new CDBG swiftly is space dye heathered pigment blue.  Apparently, the color code is mislabeled on the swiftly.  Hooray pigment!

Thanks for looking into pigment blue, which is probably my favorite LLL color. I’ll be on the hunt for all things pigment blue…

I will be too! It’s gonna be a trying month for my willpower and my budget, lol. (Also: it wasn’t actually me who got that answer from the GEC, to be clear! Someone else posted a screenshot on a chat board of her conversation.)

I would love pigment too! Lulu does blues really well, in my opinion. I recently bought the rulu alpine long sleeve from ivivva in porcelain blue. The fit and quality are great.

I’m sure they’re beautiful on you! I’m finally joining the ‘attempting a (temporary) lulu detox crowd.’ But… I’m not very good at it!

I know what you mean! I’ve been very good over the last few months so I caved. I got the oatmeal color. The purple was pretty but I don’t wear a lot of black and the elbow pads are black. The material was surprisingly soft and I like how it draped.

Purple fog radiant ls was really pretty too.

I would loooove the base runner hoodie in pigment that was in Australia! I’d given up hope, but now I’ll keep my fingers crossed!

Ugh yes. I seem to remember the base runner hoodie not fitting me well but I would try again for the pigment. I also really want the solid pigment CRB that Aus got. I also might be tempted by the quickstep pants they got.

Hmm. Perhaps that would be a blessing if it fit me awkwardly! I didn’t try it the first time ’round ’cause I wasn’t into the colors. But it looked so dang pretty in pigment! I liked all the Australia colors of it actually. Plus, the pigment rise and shine… lol, we all have our lists!

I really hope they bring the pigment blue quickstep pants to the US. Unfortunately, several sizes showed up in the Australian WMTM. I have 2 pairs of older quickstep pants, and I think they are the most flattering of the baggy swift fabric styles (such as studio pants, yoga camp, etc.).
