As much as I wish I could try on and write about basically everything, I am but one woman. Fortunately, there are a growing number of new faces and perspectives on all things fitness fashion, and a couple of new blogs on the block that readers of AA may find interesting, helpful, and entertaining. Although I also keep up a page of blogs I recommend, these blogs are worth taking a few minutes for a whole post. Go show them some love!
(On a related note, if you’re looking for an easy way to keep up with multiple blogs, I currently use and enjoy Bloglovin’. If that’s not your jam, there are many other blog reader options out there too, such as Feedly.)
Gymwear Guru
Carrie used to blog as Insightful Athlete, and many of you may have read her previous blog. She took a brief hiatus from blogging a few months ago, but is back at it with a fresh new name and new site. She posts try-ons and reviews of a wide variety of brands. Through her previous blog, she already proved herself as a great blogger and I’m really happy to see her back on the scene.
Lulu and the Box
This is a new blog devoted to all things lululemon and CrossFit. This includes lulu news and reviews, CrossFit advice and news, and more. The author, Katy, is a seasoned blogger at Occasional Faileo, a paleo food blog, but is branching out with Lulu and the Box. If you’re both a crossfitter and a lulu-lover, add this one to your lineup.
The Fit
I recently discovered The Fit via Instagram. She posts fitness fashion reviews, news, and outfits, with the occasional other topic finding its way into the mix. She’s based in Canada, which might make her an especially helpful resource for you folks up north. Her posts are primarily lululemon, Athleta, and YogaSmoga, but other brands show up from time to time, too.
