Is it just me or are all the textures getting a little redundant and the styles too repetitive? Yawn.
Not just you. I imagine they heard feedback/saw sales last year that told them “textures = good” and now they’re overcompensating, much like they did with camo this spring/summer. They seem to oscillate between extreme scarcity and extreme bombardment, very little in between.
I don’t know how, but these Margiela boots made their way onto my radar and just…yes.
Now THAT would bring a herringbone tuxedo look to a whole new level.
AA, have you received your Alala order yet? Interested in how you like them. I love my black wrap jacket (forgot the name) and hope that I will get the grey dress eventually (warehouse error and a possible return in my size S). Their customer service has been awesome in the whole process. By the way, I picked up restless PO in black/grey in store yesterday. LOVE the print! It is thicker than swiftly and brushed inside, a great piece for cold weather layering.
I did get my order! I need to write up a quick something but I’m being slow and also still wringing my hands on what to do with some of the stuff I bought. Keeping my grey dress for sure, but not sure about the jacket and crops I got yet. Sorry the grey dress has been elusive for you. :( Fingers crossed! I just returned my white rest less pullover…I like it a whole lot and it looks really quite classy on…don’t notice the cable too much at all. But I figure with how many there are in stores and online along with the mixed reviews that it will go on MD. It is a super swiftly though, I hope they do more with the fabric.
I agree, there’s so much else out that I wouldn’t be surprised if they MD’d them. Maybe Boxing Day?!?
