Important news for lulu junkies!
From an upload thread on heylululemon (scroll to the very bottom), uploads will now be at 7:15 Eastern / 4:15 Pacific on Tuesdays. This week’s upload is still slated for today! The change will be effective next week. I don’t know if it means WMTM will be affected also, or if anything else will be affected as well. I have to say that Tuesdays are a bummer for me, because when I place Monday orders I get them Friday, so that means Tuesday orders won’t get to me til the following Monday, which is a considerably longer wait. Boo. Oh well.

I’m surprised they switched the day & not the time. I know there was a huge backlash from west coasters about the earlier time.

Yeah, the comment on heylululemon was basically like “well, we’re not gonna make everybody happy so whatever” re: upload time. I’m on pacific time most of the year (mountain time during the rest because AZ is a special snowflake that does not observe daylight savings) so 4:15 really isn’t a great time for me. I do feel like they overcompensated a bit and should’ve taken more of a middle ground. I think 9:15 ET/6:15 PT would’ve been perfect. Oh well, at least I’ll get another hour and have it at 5:15 in the winter. :) I think they changed to Tuesday so stores would have a chance to get new product on their shelves before upload happens, which I imagine would probably drive up in-store sales and open up more online sales for people not near a store.
